Answer:

1. First, make sure you have good cell connection (with local carrier) in the area where the camera is being installed, and that your camera’s data plan is still valid. Note that with purchase of the camera, you receive FREE first year of unlimited data. After the free year, you need to recharge your data plan, otherwise you won’t be able to view the camera on your mobile app.

2. Secondly, one camera can only be bound with one Tuya account, if you want to view it on another phone, use the Share Device function within the app (On the live view page, tap on  。。。to the top right corner, then select Share Device).

3. Lastly, if you want to set up the camera using another Tuya account, you need to delete the camera first (Not just reset, but delete it from the app).
